You do not understand me well, because I meant on "terrorist" = internet, computer terrorist, so in time his skills will arise and he will do it internet terrorist stuff hacking data from databases etc. Then he will be caught and put where he belong behind bars. That's all. But also what is this what he doing now? Terrorism, terror is not only killing innocent people terror have more different ways to terrorize someone.

Well, I mostly associate terrorism with real-life things Happy
Terrorist trying to "free" their country (or at least they say so).
He didn't "terrorize" anyone, he's just acting stupid Happy
