long time since ive played got a new pc hp, window 7, first i was wondering how i get the excessive plus exec app so i can click it on my desktop and it exec at one click. (hope that made sense) 2 question is i have a 22 inch flatron ew224 my pc wont allow quake to open full screen or it closes the program any help woulld be appericated.

Download excsseiveplus from this site and extract it in q3 folder.

seta r_mode "-1"
seta r_customWidth "use windows resolution settings for width"
seta r_customHeight "use windows resolution settings for height"

Change values and paste it into your config file, regards.

its on the main page on this website.
i think you're talking about a .bat file so u can jump directly to e+. If you already have the 2.2b there are 3 .bat files in the folder named xp_singleplayer.bat (etc. sth like that), i simply use one of those, it jumps directly to the mod.

r_mode -1 and use custom heigh... or try use r_mode 7 ( on my 23" lcd its work good)

right click on the win7 desktop and click on screen resolution. then find the recommended setting up there (generally the current setting is recommended) then as it said before use r_mode "-1" + r_customwidth"" and r_customheight"" + \vid_restart
