virus? maybe. idk. I have original licensed Kaspersky Antivirus 2010 and it's not alerting me from long long time. it's "too quiet" and it's kinda suspicious.
problem with quake? yeah... a lot of.
1. because of my screen 15''4, 1366x768 I had to set "r_customwidth/height, mode" and when i am running quake and load e+ i have 800x600 screen so I have to alt+enter for small screen then alt+enter again and it's full screen loaded.
2. config is crushing very often so I have millions copy of it. idk why crushing.
3. in most of the servers I can't play normal, if I shot straight to the body I am missing, I have to shoot near to the body to hit. But I think it's because of my internet, it's pretty shitty.
4. had problems with pb but now fixed, seems to be ok.

Last time when this tool kicked me was maybe 2 months ago. I think so. I've got kicked by that maybe 2-5 times.

camel where peoples can find yours anticheat program? or some documentation or explain how it works directly? or maybe when it will be a part of e+? - then maybe i will can read something about it from documentation. i asking cuz i never saw any good kick by this ;] i saw only som failKICKS from banana server or other but i remember only khazar. i guess bcuz only of that he was the first person who was had kick by this and i was loled. next kicks i doesnt remember who and where get it

btw. i dont trhink i want to say i dont like yours work at this thing. but please dont gives perm bans for players if it doesnt work correctly for 100% like PB. if pb kick someone for cheates it is 100% sure that he was using that. if pb not catch cuz of custom hack always we are aviable to watch demos or live play of player and easy see he cheats or not. removing our eyes from this process ang giving it to some scripts is jus stupd. always can be wrong part of code or whateva inside. human can play at milions of possibility and you wanna attach it to some script range where shots are clear or unclear. i guess it will never work correctyly if it is only server side script. i guess it must be some more advanced thing scaled with e+ mod and must work with cooperate with client/server sides?

ofc i can be wrong with all bcuz i dont know what directly is this anticheat software.

i dont said pb works for 100% but if it catch someone it is 100% sure that he was using cheat (i guess not like in situation with some catchHAXscripts). its small but mainly difference.

Evenbalance recommends not running ANY chat messenger while playing with pb for preventing false positives. Under optimal Circumstances false positives aren't possible on pb.

However pb is like an antivir, it might find a lot even if some stuff is false or it might find nothing while there is something.

Pb is also same secure as an antivir, it actually scans your whole memory ergo all programs inclusive the explorer, means, evenbalance could basically read out the information of your actual explorer window in your background while gaming.

The e+ Anticheat is way better considering privacy and false detects caused by third party programs, due to the way it works there is no such thing as false detect due to chat messengers, neither it can scan your explorer. Only reason there are false detects is not because the program sees something normal as cheat, rather its other way round, something from your pc does malfunction and therefor it gets detected as cheat. Under standard conditions we encountered zero problems, if there are some than blame yourself for not reporting so we could manually recheck.

Banana server had false settings for autokick so people got kicked for standard stuff - This was checked right after it has been reported to me.

As you see the person who got kicked that day (camel searched the logs) needed 30 seconds to actually cause an autokick which is totally extreme - many other people, even synus needed minutes for that with a malfunction his pc had, thats why this is definitely either some extreme unplayable malfunction or an aimbot which is the more plausible explanation. I can not actually tell how the detects work because it would allow people to code around it (for now).

The person who got kicked on the log camel send me had different guid and ip. I just took a short look, but if khaz got kicked once, he should be kicked all time if he cheats, if its a stable malfunction we can manually recheck and optimize the settings for it.
