This video was discussed 2 years ago when it happened, no demo was provided from the video creator and this lead to nothing so I don't know what you are trying to accomplish posting the vid again

Rayzo's case has a demo linked to it whereas mine did not, so for me nothing could be done. And reports should be treated on a case by case basis - not comparing it to other reports.
