Look in baseq3 dir and e+ dir and delete the file md3-stb.pk3 that's the chicken model.

I think the Chicken skin came along with the Chicken maps. But I cant be sure, I just looked in q3 players/models and there is no chicken (aww) I had that model some time ago, also the homer model.
The chicken skin has some amusing sounds, and homer is very funny.
It would be great if, with the next update of eplus, they had chicken and Homer models 
Just imagine it, enemy model sounding like a strangled chicken when he was fragged, or him sounding like homer simpson
