so u still didnt get me an answer .
one game at how many days ? will we play in groups and remember till now one group will have 5 teams every day sounds fine for me . and from when to start ?
u said team are submitted till 19th december but will we start in the same day ? or on 20 or .. ?

OK,
ONCE YOU HAVE ENTERED A TEAM, YOU CAN OBVIOUSLY EDIT THE PLAYER LIST BEFORE THE DEADLINE (deadline stated in 1st post)
2nd - there is now a timelimit of 7 for a match
1 match = 3 maps (21 mins + some sort of warmup)
Structure of Play - (depending on number of teams) - more than 16 teams already signed up, so we do a group stage first
Group formation - if we get 32 teams (not likely that it'll happen, but still...) - we'll have 8 groups, otherwise 4... It would be perfect to have all groups with 4 players, but it will depend on how many teams sign up (for example: we now have 17 teams - 3 groups of 4 teams& 1 group has to have 5 teams)
To do the group formation fairly, once the list is finalised, I'll draw names the old fashioned way (from a hat )... in case peeps are worried bout unfair picking, i'll even fucking video the whole thing
Top 2 teams in the group progress to the major tournament, knockout stage (next round- same as the champions league - the group X winner plays group 69's second-placed team)
Now here's a tricky part - gametype... In the group stage, we need to know who's better to be able to compare the teams in case there's a tie...(the team with better team score (frags in TDM, points in freeze& clan arena) goes thru in case of a tie... (if that statistic is equal, the said teams need to play each other again)
So, in the groups, all teams within group need to agree on the gametype played (TDM, TAG, Clan Arena, CTF, Protect the leader, and even one flag ctf if u want)... In case the group cant decide, the default gamtype is FreezeTAG...
In the play offs, any of the 6 gametypes is allowed as long as the playing temas agree (TDM, TAG, Clan Arena, CTF, Protect the leader, and even one flag ctf if u want)
About the config - same as gametypes:
Group Stage - Group Vote (this needs total democracy, unless EVERY team in the group agrees, the game will be played with PLUS.cfg)
Knockout Stages - 2 teams need to agree on cofnig before playing...
Avaliable Configs - as long as you can convince the whole group/ opposite team to play it, you can have any config (apart from the )NWC( trickjump config, where you shoot straight thru people )
