A member named Madmaster sent me an email of a blackmailing nature saying if I did not hand over the ownership rights to WASP, he would leave and ensure many others left as well. Mouzer was the leader at the time.

Ever since his departure, he has been going around saying that WASP has changed names, which it has not. A domino effect in the working, I say. a few friends leave, the rest follow.

Let me kindly remind you Madmaster of OSC, in Excessive Plus we have a fair play policy.
Soliciting Clan Players is and will NOT be tolerated.
One might say "But they left on their own free will" -> Unfortunately for them, due to false pretences.

Madmaster, I still have the ownership rights over the tag WASP & WASP2. It's a pitty that you did not speak up wishing for a more management orientated role. I would have given it to you knowing your ability to uphold a sense of mateship within the clan.

Let this be a case study / example for everyone. Be aware of clan snatchers and egotistic fools on a road of attempt to self fulfilment by clan title. By sitting back and observing the recent history, It appears Madmaster wanted more authority & control within the clan which he did not. If he had said something to Mouzer, then perhaps this escalated situation would have never arised.

If anyone, anyone at all hears something of a similar nature whether it be on the servers, MSN, IRC etc. I encourage you to contact me as soon as possible such that we can get to the bottom of this.

So what's installed for the future?
As many of you know, I am the website Administrator for Excessive Plus, hence my roles within a clan are limited. When there is a problem, I will step in.
Killer has been appointed as the new clan leader and the recruitment drive is underway once again. WASP has been around for many years, and it's not going to die anytime soon.

I needn't bother getting into chat logs. Email speaks for itself.

Yes, one might have simply accepted the whole thing. They would only have had to say simply: "Hi, we leave Wasp to do our own thing, we do not not enjoy our stay in Wasp anymore."

But that verges on blackmail. The pistol set on the breast.

Certainly I do not have any insight what all happened in Wasp. But Wasp has not earned such an exploitation.

My homework was done, and was told by numerous players that you where indeed soliciting. "Join OSC, we are WASP but changed names". Hell, one player even sent me a chatlog with you in MSN saying these words. Another caught you on a server saying similar things.

Second of all, Mouzer was the leader of WASP. Decisions where not made without consultation between Mouzer & myself. You had nothing to do with the decision making process.

Indeed it is true. And refer back to my email if you must. As the Administrator of this site it is my duty to facilitate clan activity. Excersising of Administration rights will not be done in clan affairs, as it is morally & ethically incorrect.

This is a public justification Madmaster. People wanted answers. It is not an attempt to have a go at you in the eye of the public. Let the leaders and members of each individual clan see this and consider how they will conduct clan activity around your clan.

WASP have open doors. With this newly acquired knowledge, any members who have switched are able to come back.

Please, enlighten me on a more civilised way of overcoming such an ordeal. A man of your wisdom will surely be able to fill in the detail.

I take due note of this block of text. Every line has a personal negative statement at heart. You come across as this "aerie fairy", similar to moses saying "let my people go" in your above paragraph, but when I see this; a mere projection. You aren't singing Kum-Bah-Yah, Madmaster. In the end you solicited members under false pretences.

Heh. Well, this whole situation is none of my business, really, but if anyone is interested how this looks to the neutral bystander - Madmaster, you wanted full control of the clan. Thru Mouzer or not. You wanted Term, who is the founder and leader of wasp, to step down, because he did not play an active role in the clan no more. (Would look neat, an aussie player trying to outscore peeps on euro servers in cw's. Hahahahaha! ) Whatever rocks your boat, dude, full leadership or otherwise.

However, threatening Term with "either that or me and my friends are leaving" is fucking sad, man. That's where you show you're an asshole, and a backstabbing asshole at that. How can you steal players from wasp? Just like you did. By saying "hey, since Term dosen't want to give his clan away to a relative newb like myself, let's go and create a clan ourselves, it will be cool, it'll be just like WASP, only with a different tag."

Can't really blame Term for blowing (well, semi-blowing, i must say he takes it relatively well, so a thumb up for that) his top. To sum it up, you (and Mouzer?) played a dirty hand, Madmaster, and i personally find it very, very uncool.
