There is another thread about this stuff. Actually it was a suggestion to the mod and to the community.
*BTW: making sides different for teams is a good idea. But that would need the specially designed maps with vertical symmetry. Then you could see your enemies running on the ceiling and you never could set foot on their land

This was done by PANDA. 
) And this is just EXPERIMENTAL demo.
By the way - if both teams are in different symmetry - something which should fly the flag if it is thrown (DROP)? Up or down? A grenade? There's a lot about what to think of all this prank ?)
