Well the 2nd round rule you mentioned was implented because noone respected the original rule in the first round.
So far just 3 games have been played with all 5 maps, of which just 1 game was within the winnerbracket.
I mostly have made the same effort like you to make clans play all 5 maps. But since this rule was obviously bent by the huge majority, it kinda lost it's status of being forceable.

so far to the rules concern

as I saw both clans didnt act as pleasant as to be wished. although we all know that within the heat of action often some words just slip our fingers.
so neither nasty forcing like "are you scared?", "dont be pussy", etc. nor inappropriate replies like "you just want to own us more", "you just want to play more because of winning", etc. were the right way to go.
that is why imo none of both parties acted exemplary

and so far the forum comments are just about the same
so pls just stop it!
