Dedicated Console Questions

When I run a private or clan server I get two things I don't understand and I would like to understand here they are :
¬ When I run my console for a long time, it turns grey and I don't see what's happening on my server and I can't see what I'm tipping in the console, how to fix that ? ¬
¬ I get another weird thing spawning each like 2 seconds it's called
hitch warning : 439, 38, 37, 36....... ¬

hold your page down key down for an minute or sometime longer so all come up again keep it down to the end otherwise with rotation you have the same problem

Yes, they occasionaly come back to see how their child's doing, and leave a post or 2 to leave people in awe, asking stuf like
