It's horrible, i have been caugth once again by that game, i hope it wont affect my quake time.
Anywayz, its still fun and i like it - and suprisingly , theres more than 50.000 players still in it

Haven't played d2 lod in about a year.
I play mods too d2 because the original d2 lod is boring 
Off course it will affect your q3 time

d2 is a poor imitation of d1.
d1 ftw!
no seriosly, i still try to find a d1 game arround, but only cheaters arround, all decent people play private... 
if any of you want an old school d1 player show you heavy tricks, let me know

I end playing Diablo II LoD long time ago and never start playing it again (until Diablo III will be 
), but my father is a big fan of Diablo II LoD

man did you even play the game? like... online? i had one of the biggest clans in europe, and i belive i know everything bout the game (even if it takes a bit of digging through memories).
of course it sucks in single...
you should first try variants and tournaments... then claim that it sucks...
