may i ask a question? what is this?
should't any changes in ranking rules be announced, so anyone would be aware of them? besides, what's the purpose of changing this rule?

at the moment we are adding them 
so dont panic : ))))))))) no one died : D last night was added. so be patience, all we have real life : >
cos we are talking about two rules..one is writed and second is discused...so 1 - 2 days more and both will be anunced : )

now it looks more like attempt to cover up your mistaken demand about posting a demo, few days ago, the demand i pointed outimo, if some change isn't finished yet, it shouldn't be introduced into the site, but once it has been released - then it should be posted along with corresponding announcement. fair way, isn't it? at least far more fair than stealth modifying ranking rules
at the moment in old times there was a rule about having a demo or fov : ) to know if someone cheats or not : D if i good remember cos i talked with epsilon.
and if u see...we alredy ranked that game.
but now we need demos...cos better to have demos and view how players play...cos with one screenshot u can't see anything, if cheats or not, or u can see this? is cw for rank, not fw for fun : )
so wait a bit : D at night will be all anunced in ranking section.

this rule was there for another purpose: to ensure PB and PURE was ON, because older xp versions didn't show these settings on screens:
as for busting cheaters, it sounds reasonable, but: 1. this site won't allow to store all the demos here: there's a quota for each user posting smth in here. thus, the majority of demos will be stored on hostings like rapidshare, speedyshare, upload-yeah-upload-to-me-something-asap-share and therefore will be only available temporarily, for some period of time since posting demos there. so, there must be someone who will download demos and store them somewhere else. or watch them asap - not possible, imo, considering amount of ranked games. 2. how many cheaters here? are there really such a great amount of cheaters to change rules like this and thus make some things complicated? hardly.

no but is for example:
you are playing with ur clan vs other clan...and one player makes amazing shots etc etc...the cw is ended...and u want to analize the demo....with programs and to determinate if he is cheater or not and post it on forum....if there will be no demos...you cant post a topic talking about someone who cheated...when you only have screenshot of his score and accuracy : )

yes, that's what i was pointing out, mow. this situation isn't new, we already saw it, but that was in cup, rules were like this: 'you *must* play with official ref blah-blah-blah'. but what we have here: an ordinary game for 'insert rank name here' ranking now requires a referee. come on.

ranking in e+ was originally created to have a place to post the wars, so they are not lost in space. ranking itself was a secondary product of it. it was simple.
now all became difficult, also a reason why clans exist not that long often, too much to do for a war. In past it was more like that. "jo, let's play a war"--"np"--playing--"posting". the only difficult thing withit was PB sometimes.
