Does anyone know of some cool mods for quake? I know there pro mode challenge arena, and theres many others, but I want to know the user reviews on which ones are great.

Btw E+ is still the #1 Quake Mod!!!

err..not sure about user ratings..but the ones i like are e+, cpma/osp, defrag and rocket arena

If you like freezetag, Ufreeze is cool, and FreezeDT is old school looking, but has some of the most skilled railers anywhere.

Threewave if you like CTF, but its kinda slow paced.

WoP is kinda fun, especially for kids.

Alternate Fire is OK, Q3F is really neat, but there are only like 4 servers and no players.

If u wanna learn how to shoot with weapons other then rail,cpma is the right choice.If u ike rail only,try insta-unlagged.If u like rail only+freeze,try ultra freeze.HF Happy

Insta unlagged isnt bad. If i started multiplayer gaming via inet, i played that, e+ and maybe some others mods. Before few days i downloaded one good looking mod, but its dead. I didnt find 1 server for that mod. It was WFA http://weaponsfactory.planetquake.gamespy.com/Quake3/
