Sorry if there is already a topic of this subject, but i can't find or i don't know what keywords i most use to search for this subject on the forum.

Because I'm very new here on E+, and i don't understand alot of E+ i've a question.
I heard and saw people talking about some different styles of E+.
Example: E5r (Don't know what it is)

and i saw some others too, but i don't remember it how they call it.
So my question is...

What's the different's of this E5r thing, and the others?
I hope someone can give me some good information/description about it.
