the answer to your question it's simple, it could be one of the two following things (or a mix of both), exactly the 28 of July 2010 the HiszY Servers underwent a serious maintenance task in order to fix some critical problems the servers were suffering on previous weeks of that date (I sincerely apologize for down time), as it's logged on the news at our site (check signature for link), I don't know exactly at what time I got the servers completelly back and I don't exactly know at what time you encountered your problem but since you also mentioned that the problem it wasn't just that you couldn't get the HiszY Servers at your list, if not, that you could not get any servers at all on that list the second reason, and most probable reason, is just that the ID Software Master Server was down as pointed by the error menssage you wrote, "No response from master server", if you wasn't getting a response from the master server it wasn't due a software/hardware/network problem at your side it was, most likely, because this server was down and since this server is the one wich holds the list of Quake III Arena servers if it's down, you can not get any server on your list at all since, in fact, you won't recive any list at all.
