He is accused, he should find a way to clear his name
IMO it would be a waste of time, too many people
are deep in this whole ligas / double tap issue.
Too many supporters, would be just another faking/lying mascarade.

Before Uni when i lived with parents, I had the same net provider as Reno and we had the same dynamic IP sometimes. After years of extensive deductive thinking, I have come to believe that I'm not Reno. Are you 100% that Ligas/Tap both have static IPs and it's not a bug? Plus there are other issues

They are all of course arguments, and definitely show large levels of foul play BUT they aren't enough to ban someone, they are definitely enough to investigate further. Get proof of Ligas's IP range from a document that comes from an actual log (not a screenshot from god knows who) by asking logs from some server admins, get tap to come to that St. Petersburg meeting, or get him on webcam or some voice chat server. If he's for real, he will either prove it somehow. Or will go to great lengths to fake himself further. (highly doubtable btw). Either way, would prove for nice e-drama c:
