[Dup] message for join - Huds

The joining message is not hud- customizable and can't be hidden either ..

my suggestion is to make an hud section/element like the FragMessage, RankMessage, FollowMessage, SpecMessage, VoteMessageWorld, VoteMessageArena .. all these are done but the join Message is not .. i think maybe was forgotten or something?

in the bellow screenshot you can see a hud with no section/elements in it, can still show this message ..

This makes sense since we can tweak all other messages perfectly, then all of the sudden Join message will pop-up in it's default format.

It can't even be removed without removing all other center messages, because cg_centertime variable overrides HUD time values. I recon it might have been forgotten since all other messages can be customized, and this one is pretty common & frequent.

In short, F1 for JoinMessage block in the HUD. Happy
