It's a matter of adjusting to the lag and high ping. I could get used to it, if I were to play on Euro servers more often. I would be willing to practice on them.
I can't speak for the other US ladies, of course.

Go to the 2!S servers, the 1v1 ones are great (one's pure/PB, the other's PB) and the freeze server almost always has some good, competitive games going on. They're the best places to play I've found so far.

I will be home today at 5:30-- I would be willing to give 2 sweet 1v1 a shot.
We FL's are going to have to get used to Euro ping not only for CW, but to become better at playing on laggy servers. We are going to have to be able to become more flexible as to where we play---US and Euro servers should be played on and progressed on equally. This will give us more opportunity as a clan and for Ladies night to play on more varied servers. And you never know, we could form alliances and friendships with the Euro clans This would be great!
If Euro clans are willing to come and play on our servers, it is only fair that we play on their servers. Don'tcha think?

Totally true, and I think playing on high-ping actually improves your skill. You also see slower weapon cycles/reload times and slower switch times on Euro servers -- e.g., not so easy to just spam all over the place and get easy kills, so you think more about your weapon choice and improve overall.

Good advice, Necro.
Even TDM would offer great skill improvemets. And gradually move to 1v1. Clan wars are generally a TDM/Freeze type of play--I rarely hear of CTF Clan wars, but I could be wrong. 1v1 is good within a clan/or against someone of higher skill--they teach you to react faster and move around the maps. Most of the higher skilled players that I have played with were more than happy to offer advice/tips for improvement.
So, not only play--but ask questions. Everyplayer has a different style and are usually quite kind in offering advice

To play much CTF give you a good way of improvising and capability of moving while thinking about many things on same time someone would call it multitask (MT) training but maybe womens already have that, so they can improve or just keep their MT level by q3 .
CTF style give you good overall improvement in all the different gamestyles but you can really feel it in 1on1 (CTF or TDM) that you are capable of moving and thinking about where the enemy is and shooting him in a tricky way on same time from a place where he dont think you will be because you use your movement to confuse him.
About the ping yes.. its a good way to improve switch coordination and also movement coordination because of the pingdelay..
Maybe thats why i play with 100-180 ping all time i hope of to become good one day 
But to learn doing good movement with 180 ping its difficult but makes you only stronger because of the harder coordination.
