ppl i read about it an yes maybe is good alternative butthis still have a nikotine and still cost to much i quit ciagaretes 23 days ago after 15 years of smoking(i start when i was akid) and my advise is that good motivation is all u need .1) ask youself why u want to quit cigg. 2) what u will got when u quit. and thats all u can wrote this on a small paper and have in pocket when u want to smoek just look on your list for polish ppl www.rzuceniepalenia.pl regards and peace!!! !!!! i feell almost free now gl with quiting!!!!

lol - you are not free - I didnt smoke almost for 8 months last year and started again - so sorry but 3 weeks is nothing - after that time u cant say you quited it - maybe after a year or two or even more.

Nah. You can stop smoking, but you can never stop being a smoker, as the saying goes. Even my mum, who quit a long time ago, gets the urge to smoke from time to time.

yeah mad u got right, but my point was that e-cigaretes its not so good they expensive and not healthy , i know i got long way to quit but i made the first step and i dont think about smoking all the time i have crisis from time to time but i know how to fight it i wish u gl :!: peace :!:
