In structure of Tennis DAVIS CUP playing is in one vs one competitions and double competitions.
- A team of a minimum of three and a maximum of four which shall include the nomination of a playing Captain; or
- A team of a minimum of four and a maximum of five which shall include the nomination of a non-playing Captain

Anyway, each National team will nominate #1 his player and #2 player by strength in their team before teams tie. Also will announce who will play in pair. Each NATIONAL MATCH will have minimum 3 or maximum 5 individual matches (Who win first 3 matches).

TEAM A vs TEAM B

1. MATCH #1A Player vs #2B Player (who win first 3 maps)
2. MATCH #2A Player vs #1B Player (who win first 3 maps)
3. MATCH APair vs BPair (who win first 3 maps)
4. MATCH #1A Player vs #1B Player (who win first 3 maps) - if it is necessary
5. MATCH #2A Player vs #2B Player (who win first 3 maps) - if it is necessary

Each individual (or pair) match have minimum 3 maps or maximum 5 maps (who win first 3 maps).

Each map in single competition will be played who win 20 frags first, with sudden death enabled. Time limit 10 minutes.

Pair matches will be played as TAG 2 vs 2 who first reach 10 points with Sudden Death enabled. Time limit 10 minutes. Friendly fire OFF.

In each individual or double match will be played this maps as follow:

1. Q3DM2
2. Q3DM3
3. Q3Tourney3
4. Q3DM5
5. Q3DM6

Before CW team should make list:
CAPTAIN: NAME
#1 PLAYER: NAME
#2 PLAYER: NAME
PAIR: NAMES

Players which was dedicated to play singles can play in double. Also #4 and #5 map (if it is necessary ) can be played with other players if captain decide it. One player can play only two matches in single. One player can play maximum 2 singles and one double. Captain can be nominated in each CW. In one day shell be played minimum two matches (min 6 maps, max 10 maps) So, one CW can be played maximum 3 days or minimum one day. Depend of team captains before negotiation.

Calculations said that is max. 25 maps Minimum 9 maps in whole CW

Goal is collect 16 National teams. System is knock out cup system. Seed positions will be maked from last "E+ World Cup of Nations". Playing system will be #1 against #16, #2 vs #15, #3 vs #14 etc. So, in the first run will be 8 national CWs.
