E+ development stopped?

May we pls have an official statement from the e+ team about whats going on with the development of 1.04,has it stopped or something is in process? I saw u watching the forums,would be nice to know whats going on.

yep.

i thought in a few weeks we have our 1.04, and then... nothing.
