I must admit that I agree with Bodz. This situation can be disasterous and split E5 branch. So we have to make some compromises and make CFG which is acceptable at east for 90% clans. You have to try, yes it is hard but worth it. :roll:

Yes Bodz i've pointed out that there were no solutions and what not given by you and the other people.
But you can't point the finger towards me and say that i made this config, that i called it excessive6, that i rank a league etcetera.

I have not been apart in any of this, from the beginning till now i've pointed out that there has been nothing gained from the moment it was posted here.

Tell me how it's possible, when 6 clans on another forum can work together by creating a new config, yet as soon as it is posted here there is nothing but bad influence, nobody willing to speak or discuss anything.

And it's easy to say well if the whole e5 doesn't support it, we don't want it, because it is already clear there are people against it. Well there are also people against E5R and i see nobody trying to remove that. It's just towards this config and i think it's more personal for this config because everyone seems to think it is just created by EN and not by the 5 other clans.

Well alot of people don't like plus either and they play e5 instead, i don't see the big deal.

Then you ask for a vote on this while it's very simple that if you DO create a poll on this matter, that the majority of people that will vote in this poll aren't even playing e5, since on this entire forum, e5 is just a very small part. That is, if you do want to keep it under this category.

I would say no to a vote, simple reason, already 6 clans have worked together to make this, and note this, all 6 clans were E5/E5R clans.

From this point then i would suggest making a new topic, probably called something along the lines of 'config discussion' or something. Where people can give their input in a constructive way which i've tried to get from the beginning.

It has already been granted the name Excessive6, there's no denying and simply ignoring that.

And Bodz, my crap? giving lessons of manner? All i'm debating is your input. If you disagree, quote yourself where you've done any of the things i'm questioning. This isn't a personal attack, it's an observeration from my point of view. But if you want to make it personal, feel free to PM me. This topic is hardly the place for that.

I just want to say that we (e6 creaters) dont really care if it will become official or not.
We just want to play on it if it is official or not.
So again I just want to say handling e6.cfg like e5r.cfg is simply the easiest way.

Thats a really good plan... if you are planing a league you think everyone wants to join.
But we (e6-league-creaters) wanted to and did make a league for those being interested in playing matches with the e6.cfg and for those who dont really care about the difference between Excessive5.cfg and e6.cfg.
And as you see in this thread that this wouldnt have been possible by planing and discussing everything in public.
I guess then there would be nothing again...
