how do u enable sv_pure 1 with out it kicking the players off the server or not letting players on the server i wood love to see this mod on the pg ladder but if there no pure 1 it will not make it grrrrrrT help plz thanks guys

Pure 1 works perfect. The only thing is that the majority of E+ players play with unpure pak files and/or don't have the mod installed. A player with pure pack files and the mod installed can join and won't be kicked.

The reason for having unpure pak files is either cheating, like textures that are transparent; or just simple optimization, like a yellow crosshair instead of a white one.

sv_pure prevents native DLL loading and CRC-checks all .pk3 files meaning that every client/player have to run the very same .pk3 files as the server.

Thus it is recommended to have sv_allowDownload enabled on public and pure servers, so connecting players can download all necessary files to play on that server.
