when i'm paying freeze tag, and some1 join to a whatever team i have lag, not lag but stop, game stops for me for 3-5 seconds 
As i can see, it happens not for all ppl, coz when i wake up after that, i'm frozen
How to fix this problem?

this is a general quake 3 problem, not mod specific. It only last about a second for me. when they join a team, it has to load their models, colors and info

sholud help a bit...
I have binded it because in non team gametypes it prevents working xp_enemymodel.
So try: /bind X "toggle cg_forcemodel"

what about lag when your connection is used for another game, like 2 people playing quake on the same connection, is there a way to fix the lag problem? (low 50 ping with one person, 70 ping with 2)

nope. but its not much of a problem. me and my brother play together, even on same servers and connection is usual.

We have same problem, me and Kriss sometimes playing on Mr.Freeze at same time. Our ping are doenst change lot but we feel a little lagging against of playing alone...

kriss is your brother? how old is he btw? he has a weird playstyle i thought maybe he is very young. no offence though wasnt ment in a bad way.

For us nothing changes when me and my roomm8 wyga play together. Especialy when we are used to play with higher then 70 ping ;] Btw, dont think that is a big problem +-20ms pff.

its not ms, its ping 
, my msn is like 100sometimes, with a 97 ping

so there is no way to fix the lag from 2 people on one connection, its kinda anoying
