well cant register(not me) . and wanted to make a 2nd account too and doesnt work .
when u press register, u have Registration Agreement Terms and whatever choice u choose(I Agree to these terms and am over or exactly 13 years of age;I Agree to these terms and am under 13 years of age;I do not agree to these terms) u get after

I make this days upgrade on last version of phpbb so, something screwed as usual. Fixed. Now you can register with no problems.

I don't get it by the way, what is this whole thing 
Like a cup or a league or what? Starts when, with who? When and who and how etc are captains and players and all that shiznit done? I see some teams look pretty much ready and for Swe I don't even know who is or wants to be leader

It is for the Nation Teams leagues and cups.
Currently the Davis Cup is underway. In the past there was also world championship cup, which was won by Poland vs Germany.
Iz is the leader of the SWE national team as far as i know.

Ok we seem signed to this Davis Cup thing but... I don't find any groups or brackets or any kind of system
