I always thought e+ is smth separated from other games(well i wasnt in other games beside dota also and thats why i think that) so this is an interesting idea, a good way to promote e+, make it more united if it isnt 
.
Always nice and warm welcomed from my side, this ideas how to improve/promote different things. U gotta try them all till u find the best solution

oh and as a tip : (dunno what esl is but from how u described its like a separated rank from the current one, we all use it) Try organise as much as possible, cups, doesn't matter of what gametype, players of numbers so u will atract more and more people. we are all interested in different things so u gotta satisfy all of us 1v1,2v2 freeze, 2v2 tdm, 3v3, ffa u name it.
If it isnt what i thought it is, then my bad, ill check the link later and inform myself but thought if i still wanted to post smth, to express my full opinion about all this

If everyone w8s, the ladder will never get full.
So as I see that, it will fail again because of the laziness of the clans.

The ESL thing is a good initiative and as i said, ANK are equally interested but it depends on external stimuli
And if this idea fails within a week, my clan would not have been able to save it anyway.

So here is tutorial for clan leaders and members to organize everything.
- due to image cropping I'll post links to pictures here -
1. You need to click 'register' link on top of the page

2. You need to fill the fields on the registration page.

3. When you'll register yourself you need to create a team, so that's the step for clanleaders. On top of the page click 'My teams' button.

4. Register new team.

5. Type name in the pop-up window. Then edit team.

6. Some info on the picture

7. Now for players to join a team. Click 'My Profile' on top of the page

8. Scroll down to the end of the page and click 'Command centre'

9. Join team

10. Fill in the team name or team id and password from clanleader (you can get Team ID by copying it from the web address of the team - http://www.esl.eu/eu/team/3781375/ < the numbers is the team ID)

11. To join a league pick 'All games and leagues' from the drop-down menu on top of the site.

12. Scroll down and click 'Q3:Arena'

14. And signup!
