Assume; both teams have 7 players (we both had actually 
If a both team agree to play 4-4 or 6-6 its no problem
if one team disagrees to play 4-4 or 6-6, then the standard should be followed, simply because its standard
BNT didnt agree on 4-4, so TVL send out 3 players to force a 4-4. And in that way manipulated the standard, break/force/cheat on the rules.
i cannot be more clear. First look up the word 'standard' before you go bla bla again.
