mean their always should be clans that can agree with 1 or 2, but not with all 3 configs, and definitaly dont want to play e5/e5r or e6..

like EN would never play E5R while they maybe agree to play e5 and e6, but decide to not join because otherwise they have to play also e5r
for example

btw, BNT played e5 a few times, and first e6 war (PGV) a few days ago, we even warred at plus.cfg (OSC)

and BNT is slowly buillding up some e5 or e6 team (if possible).

but still, agreeing to all 3 configs would be difficult (i think) for many clans.

k first of all we (EN) were the first suggesting an e5/e5r/e6 league (april 2007).

but this here was supposed to be about national cup... ergo that has nothing to do with clans
each country can simply get players for each cfg and then have the excessive cup... I dont think that would be a problem... in kinda every country are players who like each cfg

btw. as for countries I think following would get a team easily:
UK, NL, DE, PL, RO, RU

those maybe:
ES, BE, IT, CZ, HU, US
