OK I give up still no luck I cant figure this out thanks to all I deleting the cfg and shutting down the server untill excessive plus can release a cfg to where it works and it dont half to make your own cfg and dont work right later all enjoy and thankyou to all the tryed to help enjoy...Death 400 Cool

Take a break and try again later, perhapse next week. Believe it or not....you're learning basic script writing & programming. Everyone has peoblems at first because they are learning. setting up a server is very challeneging that has many rewards once finished and you will have learned a valuable skill.

Yeah! Dont give up! By the way, did u look into the conf folder under excessiveplus subfolder of quake3? There youll find some ready made server configs for many game types.

Nope I gave up the server is down and cfg is gone totaly I took the server back to 1.31 and the excessiveplus cfg there at least it esay to set it up that way I can get a hook in the very sample and take guns out as I like very easy cfg btw it is called xp-1.0rc2a you all rember this mod yes it was written very easy for peeps to get set up Enjoy Peace

Yeah, e+ is a bit harder to set up. On the other hand, the gain is that you can tweak it out as much as you wanna. You can make your server work pretty much exactly the way you always wanted quake to work..

well the xp-1.0rc2a was a good cfg it rocked it was not hard to do and I just wonder what happen to this mod did it go down or what I use it on 1.31 it good mod easy to setup not like the 1.0 and 1.01 cfg you have today Later Death400

Alright...that's the spirit dude !

Keep a positive outlook on it and I hope to see yur server online. We in the USA need servers that are close. For me...the BRO servers in Sweden are the ONLY one's i can really connect without much lag :roll:

PLus I like to see this JOUST you had in mind :mrgreen:

well thanks for the help but I done Later till excessive plus come out with a easy cfg to set up servers with later alland thanks for what you all did Have a nice Day....Death 400 BTW for all you that intersted in what joust is in excessiveplus I got the old excessiveplus up on 1.31 and it has the joust enabled and also the hook too so if you all wont to know what I talking about the ip is 67.15.21.209:27960 and check it outmaybe some time soon I copy files to 1.32 and run it there for you all but forget about the excessive Freeze later all Death400
