Excessive Plus v1.0 delayed

Well, v1.0 will delay a bit.
That is because we are concentrating on a new config system to get rid of
some cvars and to standardize the servers a bit.
The xp_config cvar will give more accurate information about a server.
The second are the new physics we plan to implement.
They will give you more air control and help you to move faster thru the maps.
Also cid is in France (Paris) right now but will be back next weekend.

I can congratulate us all. Our cheater has successfully evolved and changes the model data, snaps, cl_maxPackets, rate and other things. But he won't be able to change everything.
