Excessive Plus v1.01 Public Beta Release!

I have some good and bad news for you. Let's start with the good one.
We decided to release a public beta!
All new features and additions planned for v1.01 were removed so this is really just a bugfix release.
Almost all reported bugs according the v1.0 final release are fixed here. There is also no need for the 'pak0a.pk3' anymore.
Downloads
Remember this is just an update so you need XP v1.0 as well.
Now to the bad news. This release was made because cid left the development team! And because I have a week off so that will mean a complete development stop during that time.

hope u put an xp-old fore the new version bechorse it seems that i cant make it even with the old as background it just dount would like to ackt as the old one lol. huhh am tierd of this new config system.

You don't really need to understand the syntax. Just copy default.cfg and change it.
We even used full describing names like "Rocket Launcher" instead of "RL".
Deprecated, old and broken Settings: old.cfg
