Here you have the first release candidate of Excessiveplus 1.04.

Thanks to all the people that helped with this release by testing and searching for bugs or requesting features and giving suggestions.

I hope this release can keep up to all's expectations, because it includes lot of fixes, new major and minor features, several new config options and even a couple of visual enhancements. See the changelog for important changes.

Notes:
1. Current cfgs need to be updated because there are several changes and new options in the config system, take a look at default.cfg and sample.cfg to see the changes. I also attach an updated plusbeta.cfg for you to be able to compare the changes more easily.

2. Ping in lagometer will increase by 10 because there was a bug that subtracted 10 to the ping before it was drawn on the lagometer, but BY NO MEANS the real ping has increased in comparison to the previous versions.

3. Please report in the appropriate feedback thread if this, or this (dup here, reported here), or this (dup here and here, reported here), or this bug appear again, since i was never able to reproduce them intentionally and i want to test if the fix are working.

4. There are still a few pendant bugs (like your England flag reno, i havent forgotten ) that didn't make it into this release but hopefully will for 1.04 final.
