As far as i know this mod is older then excesiveplus, - but i wondering why he is dead :} ?

it is not serverside only. no noobs come in. noone to play with.

hehe, its like questions why died Inks civilization etc 
Next factor can be that they have flash based website and no1 know that its exists

yea, but it can be handled in some ways,
well if u mean ss individual config as e+ have and some sets, but those things brings sometimes too much differencies and inconsistency
so xa is same always, i dont believe it is the main and the only one thing that rejected peoples
