FL Vs. CLASS
No plus config Please. I have a config on the FL server that is the plus config only with balanced weapon timings. The switch time, g_speed etc are unchanged. I'd like for you all to try it out and see what you think of it for a cw substitute to Plus. Let me know when you'd like to check it out and I'll load it for you.

i presume "balanced weapon timings" imply faster reloads?..neways i dont think config will be a problem...dont think ill be playing tho if this happens before mid december...

Yes, faster reloads Wonks. Maybe we could do a Clan War in November & December with Class. Have to talk it over with the ladies and Class, of course.

Ok Ladies and Genties... The tentative Date for the FW with A-Class is Saturday, November 25. I realize that this is close to holidays. I myself am not certain of my holiday plans as of yet. This is why I say tentative. Please Ladies let me know here or via MSN as to your date preference. I have told Class that weekends are most likely best for us--and they tended to agree that it was the case for them. This FW WILL NOT be using PLUS.cfg ((Thank-you much, Class. )) It may be played on our very own FL server, if Class's respective pings are not too high. They will be posting their opinion of FL Server ping on this very thread. Game type is yet to be determined. It is 5v5 and the number of rounds do not matter as it is a Fun War. Any other questions, comments, complaints, compliments, etc. can be directed here or to me.

I'm not sure about 25th as thats thanksgiving and my house will be packed.
I can temporarily increase the number of slots on the FL server to accomodate someone that wishes to record the match. I can support 12 or 14 with no problem.
However, most believe that a zero ping is advantageous so it might not be a bad idea to see if it can be done on another server. I'll be glad to give up a copy of the FL config if necessary.
The Class boys need to get on the server and see how thier pings are and if they lag very much and post the results of that here.
THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR NOT USING THE SHI... Uhh, PLUS CONFIG.

Perhaps we can move it up to next weekend? How would that be for everyone. If not next weekend, then perhaps the first weekend in December would be next best. Please let me know people.

As Far As Ping...
As far as ping goes... Nova, Symph, and I do not seem to have a problem... most likely O2 and Remy won't either.
