Force Player to a Team?

Hey guys, i think i can remember forcing a player to a specific team using rcon, but i cant remember the command 
could anyone help me here?

replace x with
r- red
b- blue
f- free [for 1v1,ffa mode]
s- spect

bu site is very usefull but many important commands arent listed there so it needs some updates i think but it shall be ok so thx

It's not meant to be an all-inclusive guide to commands, that's why its the "Quick Reference Guide"...
