Technically he shouldn't be able to play either, but no, he's not European. Check your globe for Nicaragua It's in Central America near Costa Rica, dude.

It's says AMERICAN players only, :erm. All the people thinks that Americans are only the people from US, U can see that on the song " God Bless America" Sond dedicated only for the US when America is the whole Continent, but u guys are so wrong. American is a Continent, NOT a Country. So all American people, is the people who lives in the Continent named America 
NOT the country named United States
