i used "Microsoft Moviemaker 2.0", "Fraps", "Paint" and "Quake3 Big grin "

this programms are easy to understand and they are all for free (not q3 Big grin )

and ya need fast music which doesn't have so much singing in it

it depends, the intro is too short if the video is 4mins long or so, but for that length video, by the time the intro ended it was half way through the video,
