Freeze config question... is it possible to.....

Is it possible to configure XP 1.03 freeze tag so that:

1) when a player joins a game they are not frozen,

2) change the time a player is frozen,

3) change the time a player must stand next to a frozen team mate,

4) display the time left you are to remain frozen?

The most important one of those being #1

1 was removed from 1.02b due to people rejoining and being unfrozen, especially in clanwars.

2, 3, 4 with just 1.02a (or 1.04beta xyz), not with 1.03
