this rule is not do-able - if both teams are locked, spectator(referee) can be invited only to one team - i know it sux, however those are the e+ limitations ..

So either disallow team locking (not the best idea imho..) and then the referee will be able to record demos

Or let it be as it is (teamlocking allowed) and add a rule that 2 refs must be present at the war, each recording one team

Or you could change it, so that both clans spectators are obliged to record own team MULTI.pov demo | no demo = game lost 0:2

anyways correct me if I'm wrong, but BRO was never a clan/team which played cws - since I'm here (3 years) it has always been mulles private community - which dealt only with hosting servers (BRO5.cfg/BRO.cfg/ osp now?) And [Mr] was always their playing line up

However i agree with you that the "clan.db/forum rule" is a bit senseless, since it will definetly cut the access to the cup for non-eplus clans..

this is just a thought.. but maybe clans from mods like uFreeze would also like to compete?

furthermore you are wrong, thinking that extreme has to make polls/votes/or whateva' to satisfy all clans with the cup.Rules

this cup is not something like a whole community event, some will join and have fun, some wont and will curse him for making "sucky" in their opinion rules

and the others will be just neutral spectators

@Faith - about locking is doable. Both teams have to give join password to referee.

So, when you wanna make demo. Just /joinword password. When you switch to other clan again same thing.... It is some manual works but works fine. Use arrows in console up and down. I use it and that works fine.
About my contribution to community, I MUST wrote that because SOME people always poking me in the eye with finger... So, when they stop, I will stop. Thats all.

About BRO. BRO is clan as DRT is. So I don't see any difference. BRO is new clan with legacy. I will raise it from scratch....

LoL just read this and realised you are the one doing the cup, its your choice if it is to be ranked or not.
