Hi all.

I have strange problem with G9.

On all cfg: my, q3config I have my favorite sens and accel. All is good when I on my PC and 1th time run Q3. When I off Q3 and connect again My snes on CFG still the same, on Set Point still the same but mice is slow and imprecise.

It's like after second or next and next run q3 all setings not change but sensor don't read It or something... ryly don't know because 1th run is ryly ok and mice work great.

some idea??

uninstall stupid mouse driver and use win default - it will solve your problem

ok my prob still fucked me

I reinstal q3
try new cfg
reinstal setpoint (beazt i want use setpoint:P)

and still the same. 1th run quake after on PC all is good sens and accel and mouse is smooth. Next run q3 my mice is inexact, sens and acc change very much. I cant klik on menu quake any options because mice wont be precise.

what the f... ??

when u connect on the second time try in_restart
play with in_mouse 1 or -1

and see cant remember

apart from that make sure there is no game recognition in setpoint!!!

maybe firmware update can help...

using g9 almost a year and no prob here, try also on other PC

I have a G9 me too, and have the same problem, usually i restart Quake 3 and the problem is over
I know how much it's raping my ass, but it worked with me

hmm... r'u sure is setpoint or hardware?

already deleted q3config.cfg in baseq3 folder to regenerate a new one @ the next q3 launch?
i remember u that using qconnect the game start first as baseq3..then it launch e+mod and the cfg could be damaged or dirty.

turn game detection off and setup for OS implementation.
everytime you start a game via spider the cfg of baseq3 is loaded.
so exec your cfg.

ok i know what's wrong. I just can't have ON automatic change profil. When i do this by hand all is good Dunno why it's won't work with Quake. All other game It's work good.
