graphic card problem

hi all
first of all sry my english:p
I have problem about my graphic card.My real one is crashed and i give it to "service".I need wait 10-15 days for it but i must use pc.I bought new graphic card for 10-15 days its ASUS HD5450 SILENT 1GB DDR3 64BIT.But normally for me this card run q3 very smoothly and softly ...but not interesting i cant play q3...its really shit..i play like laggy no smooth,no softly everything going bad now.But we are always use COM_MAXFPS 125.When i change it to 300-400 its really softly and smooth i didnt understand it dont know. we cant use 200 or 300.plz i need advice or fix this problem .. I must wait my real card or this card run q3 normally dont know.
Other thing two days ago i installed league of legends normally i play it full resolution and veryhigh details.But with this card everything verylow and bad resolution i got 15 fpsXD ..i cant played deleted game.
LASTLY> this card really bad or yours advice make me fix it?

Make sure you completely remove your old drivers , and install the new ones from the AMD Website.

If that doesnt fix the problem , let me know.

I think youre looking for something what doesnt exist. Only one problem you have is weak graphic card. HD5450 is shit without performance. Its like integrated GPU in CPU or mobo. Its good for windows but not for games. Its reason why your games are laggy and not smooth

GeForce GTX560 is good graphic card with interesting performance/price ratio but first of all try to wait for your Radeon 6870
