Can some one tell my how get this texture,lighting resultats ?

i was trying use a r_picmip commands and some of lighting but still crapy this look Sad

dobra powiedz mi jeszcze jak wyłączyć te smugi światła z lamp (np. na q3dm11 tam gdzie quad jest).
I powinno być dobrze ale jeszcze to nie dokonca to Tongue
