No, you're not. I'm sorry to say, but having beaten a bunch of noobs on Deex isn't a very good show of someones skills. Go to an euro server, like 2!sweet, or MR. Pawn everyone who plays there, with a difference of, say, 20 frags to the second guy on the map. If you can do this often, then maybe, just maybe, you would have a slightest chance of beating Hard. Until you get more skills, i would advise you to not waste both your and Hard's time...
And dude, don't get me wrong, i'm not trying to be mean, i'm just an realist.
btw, if you are REALLY set on fighting against him, why not join the 1/1 targeted rank? If you're more than just mouth, in a manner of 2 weeks you should be able to challenge Hard for a match...

X-Factor, if you played on Euro servers (like I ask all U.S. team players to, ah-hem), you would know they are far more skilled than we are. You asking Harding for a 1v1 is like a middle-school kid asking Mike Tyson for a boxing match. It won't be much fun for either participants. 
But if he wants to do it I'll gladly demo. One can never have too many demos of players like Hard owning.
