hy all!! anyone help me? i have one serious problem...well:when i join on tag (server german) i have always 230 ping...but when i join in all others servers of e+ for example EN (german server) or bro etc...i have always 90-max 110 ping....i have this problem from 3 weks..i try to change all possible settings but nothing to do and i have formatted my pc because i think have one virus or trojan but nothing....i hope anyone know why i have this problem...thx guys bye all!!! Sad

i have this settings on my cfg but i try to change various settings but nothing to do...look here

seta snaps "25"
seta rate "25000"
seta cl_maxpackets "35"

You can see where the problem is by tracerouting the ip of the e+ Tag server that obviously interests u. You can use PingPlotter - http://www.pingplotter.com/

This will show exactly where the lag is coming from Winking

I dont think that changing your net settings will make any difference so dont bother (although u could improve them). Happy

Please be carefull about reading traceroute's output. It doesn't allways give true information about lag. A router on the way might even be configured not to send back ICMP packets OR it might be configured to down-prioritize ICMP packets and thus giving u false information about how ur UDP traffic is routed.
