The textures actually work well together, and it reminds me of a map in one of the many unofficial q1-add ons
Is the 3rd room supposed to be a sauna?
Oh yeah, one word of advice though:
add a levelshot in the .pk3 file, so when the map loads, its there (make a screenshots folder for it though)
if you are going for a e+ map my suggestions are:
1. keep rooms spacey and simple, dont add complex things that will stop fast moves
2. make all, or most walls, have some sort of edge that can be used for bfg slides.
3. try to think about respawn points. make them spread out so that spawn killing is reduced.

Do you test your maps in vertex or lightmap?
If you test it in vertex, i suggest looking at it in lightmap for the overal lighting situation in the map.
