Next summer I'm going to go to the USA for several months to improve my english skill and see America.
So, may be someone from you could offer me some kind of job or not expensive hodging for me.

You may want to try www.craigslist.org They have places where you can search/advertise for your accomodations. Good luck and hope this helps. 
**EDIT** The site lets you search by State.

I'll go where I'll be hired for some work (get the Job Offer from american employeer)
I think it's California (Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego and so on). First of all I'll come in NY from Moscow and stay there for 1-2 days anyway, after that I'll go where I can find a job and rent a flat (may be in NY, why not? )

Yes my "dad" (im adopted) is a good guy. But he is a all knowing pompous ass. He's going there because of his job. Working within psychologi and his purpose is to present a new method of bla bla bla.. i dont know. Im not really into that
