Sadly it's not rail only 
it takes too much time to learn this new config. It's not similar to anything before.

The cfg works well with the rocket dmg , straight low dmg rocket would be pointless , fast straight higher dmg rocket given the other weapons reload speed would still be pointless, remember you can kill the rocket and plasma, with the pg you can use its self splash dmg to backfire it on to the enemy
