1 st, u can't reduse the real physic ping.

ping is the time, data needs from pc to pc, and data always running with the same speed. also responsible for ping is, how many hops are between ur pc and players pc. hops means, the way of the connection to ur pc (rooting).

2 nd
wax wanna know ur connections speed. I have for example a download of 2056 kbit/s down and 386 kbit/s up. Up and download is important, for how many people can play on ur pc without lag.

network latency really isnt always same

i said just, that the speed of the data through the cable is always the same, like the speed of light for example, the latency is also based on the hops ur rooting do.

call your provider you need an 100mbits down an 100mbits up connection
