How do i turn Doppler Sound off?

Hey i need some help to turn the damn doppler sound off!,if you dont know what doppler sound is i can explain.doppler sound is the "background" sounds you hear in game,for example on some maps the lava makes a sound like the q3 map(dont rember the name) and the electric background sounds in some maps etc. but back to the topic i need the command to turn it off (if it even exist? Quest

the command is s_doppler "0"

but i dont think it will reduce 'world sounds' to save a long and probably innacurate description of the doppler effect have a read here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doppler_effect

if you want the background sounds off you can try
xp_ambient 0 .. this will stop the background sounds from the map .. like lava, wind and other sounds that come from the map and not from a player or weapon.

i don't think so,but you can use Anarki model,and /cg_forcemodel 1 ,and all your teammates will be quiet enough Happy
