To warmup I normally put a fire on or make a warm drink these are generally very good in heating the body. Sometimes excersise is good if I can be bothered.

Its better if you are married coz you dont search for some random relationship for having sex. You always can do it. My record was 10 times in 1 day Big grin almost every 1 hour again and again. Who can do that with some random relationship? Big grin
